EnsureKa₹ is a CBDT-authorised **Electronic Return Intermediary (ERI)**. We retrieve, process, and file your Income Tax Return (ITR) data solely upon your explicit consent and authorization.
We collect personal and financial parameters including your Permanent Account Number (PAN), Aadhaar details, salary income, investment proofs, bank account numbers (IFSC codes), and contact details to ensure accurate computation and direct filing with the Income Tax Department (ITD) gateway.

Your data is used strictly for generating prefill values and completing the ITR preparation wizard. EnsureKa₹ does not share, rent, sell, or trade your personal tax details with third parties for marketing purposes.

We protect your records using industry-standard technical measures, including SSL/TLS session encryption, hashed password databases, and secure ERI gateway tokens. Access to support tickets and audit logs is restricted to authorized systems.

You can edit or delete your draft return details, modify bank accounts, or update support correspondence inside your account portal. For queries regarding account closure, please submit a query in our Support Center.
