assignment 1. Terms & Conditions of Service

By registering and filing through EnsureKa₹, you authorize us to act as your Electronic Return Intermediary (ERI) under the rules of the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT). You grant us authorization to pull pre-fill records from the Income Tax Department (ITD) and upload signed xml/json returns on your behalf.

fact_check 2. Taxpayer Responsibility

EnsureKa₹ acts as a filing intermediary channel. You remain fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all data points, bank credentials, and income sources declared. We do not audit or verify physical records unless explicitly contracted.

Compliance Warning: Providing incorrect PAN data, misstating taxable income, or failing to e-verify your return within the mandated 30-day window can lead to penalties from the ITD.

We depend directly on the Income Tax Department's official API systems and OTP dispatch gateways. EnsureKa₹ is not liable for delayed returns or failures due to government server downtime, network connectivity errors, or incorrect Aadhaar-linked phone registration.

You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, or deploy automated scripts against EnsureKa₹ portal APIs. All designs, calculation methodologies, and wizard frameworks are protected.
